In addition to its consultancy services, Pradel Consulting occasionaly sales digital professional handbooks and diagnostic tools, such as automatised excel spreadsheets.

Please read these Terms and conditions of sale carefully before making any purchase. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

 

Products

All products for sale on our website are secure digital files, made available in different types such as, but not limited to, Acrobat (.pdf), Excel (.xls). They are sold under an individual licence and solely reserved for individual use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. Services

Services offered for sale (training, consulting) are presented without the applicable taxes. The taxes are automatically added at the time of the purchase. Consulting services are refundable if no appointment (online and in person) took place. As for training, refer to the cancellation policy. Administrative charges may be retained. For agencies exempted from taxes, contact us for a refund of taxes.

 

Purchase

During the purchasing process, you will be redirected to Paypal Internet Payment solution directly through the secure Paypal website.

Payment will then be preauthorized on Paypal secure website. Pradel Consulting does not have any access nor data associated with the payment transaction and only keeps the transaction's result.

While registering on Paypal for the first time, The bank institution may not grant immediate access and a 10 to 15 days delay may be experienced before authorization is granted. First time paypal users may then be delayed in their purchase delivery, which can only be completed upon Paypal's completed transaction.

 

Products purchases are not refundable.

 

Taxes

Applied taxes on your purchase are those compliant with the Canadian Federal and Provincial Tax regulations. For any tax concern on your invoice, please send an email.

 

Order cancellation or modification

We reserve the right at any time to cancel a purchase or to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

 

Website information update

Price, description and availability of our products may be modified without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the city of Montréal, Province of Quebec, Canada.
