A participant may cancel his / her registration to the training course according to the following policy:

Any cancellation must be notified by email.

In all cases, a cancellation fee of $ 100 CAD will be retained.

Full refund if the cancellation is made at least 21 days before the event.

Reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee if the cancellation is notified 14 days before the event

No reimbursement will be possible within 14 days of the session, but participant substitution may occur, provided that the new participant's contact information is received prior to the course.

We reserve the right to cancel the training if the minimum number of participants required is not reached. In this event, Pradel Consulting will notify registrants as soon as possible and reimburse all expenses already paid.
Delphine Pramotton has worked in the IT Audit, Security, Risk Management and IT Governance fileds since 1994. Former Associate Vice President of Security and Technological Risk at TD Bank, former Senior Manager Audit and IT Consulting at EY and PwC, she now supports her clients of all industries as the head of Pradel Consulting. Delphine holds an engineer degree in computer science - project management from EPITA Paris, a master's degree in security from Telecom ParisTech since 1994, and certifications from CISA, CISM and ISO 27001 LA. She has been teaching security courses since 1996.
