Our story

Pradel Consulting  is a Canadian firm founded in 2012 in Montreal, specializing in information systems governance support services and technological and cyber risk management. From risk management to disruptive technologies, we are an accelerator of digital transformation and value creation, in complete security.

 

 

Our consultants have worked in Canada, France, the United States, Japan, Bermuda, the Netherlands, England, Spain, Belgium and Senegal.

Pradel Consulting relies on experienced leadership in the field of technology risk management. Our team has years of experience implementing IT strategies, cybersecurity strategic plans, IT performance audits, and operational risk management.

 

Former VPs in technology and risk management, our experienced consultants from major consulting and audit firms surround themselves with next-generation technology talent. This balanced mix of skills allows us to intelligently integrate technology issues into the company's business plan.

Delphine Pramotton

President of Pradel Consulting, Ms. Pramotton is a software engineer from ÉPITA Paris. She also holds a master's degree in cybersecurity from Telecom ParisTech, is a certified IT security manager (CISM), an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor from BS.I. and a CISA IT auditor from ISACA . Ms. Pramotton is a former Cyber Risk Management Partner at KPMG, former Vice President IT Risk Management at TD Bank and former Executive Director at EY. She has over 25 years of experience in technology and cyber risk management in both audit and consulting and coordinates multi-disciplinary teams on various projects, monitoring their scope, timelines and budget. She specializes in providing high-value support to VPs of Business, Finance, CIOs and CISOs of Fortune 500 companies and Quebec SMEs.

Louise McIntyre

Director of Business Development at Pradel Consulting, with an accomplished career at IBM and Microsoft, Ms. McIntyre spent nearly 30 years selling technology solutions to large companies. As a major client manager at Microsoft for 16 years, she collaborated with senior executives in achieving their strategic objectives related to innovation. Prior to this, she held business development positions as well as technology specialist roles. The multiplicity and diversity of the clients and partners with whom she collaborated gave her multi-sector experience on a global scale, including: aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial services, professional services, and transportation. Louise is a member of Pradel Consulting's advisory committee.

Michele Dubois

An electrical engineer with a DESS in Project Management, CRISC, and CISSP, Michèle has over thirty years of experience in the Information Technology sector. She has worked with major institutions in diverse fields, including the aerospace industry, IT services, and the financial sector. Throughout her career, Michèle has participated in the implementation of major projects as a systems engineer, project engineer, and then as a technology architect. Michèle is currently the Executive Director of IT Governance, Technology Risk Management, and Compliance.

Franck Pramotton

A computer engineer and former consultant for over 30 years in a major technology company, Franck heads the energy efficiency division of Pradel Consulting for green and responsible IT, in France and Canada. An expert after AFNOR and CEN-CENELEC standardization bodies on " frugal " AI , Franck is a member of the Shift Project digital group and co-president of the Fresque du Numérique association. He participates in consultations on public policies concerning digital technology. In a context of reduced accessibility of material, energy, and IT resources, he co-created Fluctu-IT, which allows the robustness of systems to be questioned on these issues.

Catherine Soum

Catherine Soum is an entrepreneur and investor committed to the development of Canadian startups. An engineer by training, she spent fifteen years in the aeronautics industry, specializing in quality assurance, industrial performance, and standards applicable to on-board equipment. Active in the community, she sits on the advisory committee of Pradel Consulting and the board of directors of "Les Scientifines" and chairs the board of directors of the Orchestre Symphonique de l'Isle, thus contributing to the promotion of science and the arts.
